Charity Shop Refurbishment

We have some great news!
Our Crowdfunder campaign has successfully raised the money for our shop refurbishment to go ahead. We would like to pass on our huge gratitude to the individuals, local businesses, staff, trustees, volunteers and the Mortgage Advice Bureau for their donations and support that made this project possible.
Phase 1 of the project is to clear all current stock so 6th – 21st July we are holding a big sale where you can pick up a bargain or two whilst supporting reuse and recycle campaign.
Phase 2 on 21st July we will close the shop and begin renovations.
Phase 3 the shop will re-open which we expect to be early September. Look out for updates in our social media or website.
Once re-opened, our shop will have capacity to hold and process more stock which in turns means we can generate more income that we can use to provide more subsidised or free sessions. Currently shop income supports around 500 clients a year and we hope to increase this to 800.
Finally, we must thank the team of shop volunteers, lead by shop manager Jean, who do such a great job creating a warm & welcoming shopping experience and raise much needed funds to support the local community.
