About the role
We’re looking for warm, welcoming volunteer receptionists to support our Epsom and Reigate centres. If you have a calm telephone manner and enjoy helping people feel at ease, we’d love to hear from you.
Whether you’re looking to give back, gain experience before returning to work, are retired, or interested in a future in counselling, this is a great opportunity to be part of a local charity making a real difference.
What you’ll do:
- Greet clients and make them feel welcome
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Carry out light admin tasks
- Leave handover notes for the team
- Lock up the centre after shifts (alongside staff)

When:
Our shifts cover daytime, evening, and weekends, Monday to Saturday. You’ll help cover regular slots, as well as provide support at short notice when needed.
