Relationship Counsellors

Relate Mid and East Surrey wants to recruit qualified, experienced counsellors to deliver adult relationship counselling. We are also interested in recruiting counsellors who can offer additional expertise in psychosexual therapy, family or young people’s counselling.

Relationship Counsellors (Reigate and/or Epsom)

Relate Mid & East Surrey is seeking qualified Relationship Counsellors to join our team, with opportunities available at both our Reigate and Epsom centres.

About the Role

You will provide high-quality relationship counselling to couples and individuals, supporting them through challenges while maintaining professional standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Level 5 counselling qualification (Relate-recognised or equivalent).
  • Specific qualification in Relationship Counselling (ideally with at least one year of experience).
  • At least 150 hours of couples counselling experience.
  • Ability to travel to Reigate and/or Epsom centres.

Hours & Pay

  • 8 hours per week, to include at least one evening or a Saturday morning.
  • £23.53 per hour (daytime) / £29.45 per hour (evenings & weekends).
